Andrea has more than 28 years of experience in the development and management of award-winning, large-scale investment real estate projects. She works with internal and external teams to deliver projects that meet both market demand and client objectives.

Combining market research, financial analysis, and a Design Thinking approach, she casts a vision for a project and aligns diverse teams around the common objectives uniting architecture, amenities, interior design, branding, technology, and customer experience.

 

In her role as  Communications Director for a real estate development and management firm with more than 4,600 multifamily units and student housing beds under management, she coordinated strategic planning, investor communications, and comprehensive brand development initiatives. From 2012 to 2013, she was directly involved with the simultaneous development and planning for four luxury multifamily communities totaling 1,300 units.

From 2021 to 2023, Andrea served as Executive Vice President for Cherette Group, LLC and Cherette Property Management, LLC where she was responsible for operations of both companies, facilitated the sale of a $40+ million apartment community, and coordinated the team's development efforts for four new multifamily communities as well as other projects.

​

For more than six years, Andrea served as Executive Director of community health foundation. At Makari, she combines her business acumen with her understanding of community wellness issues to create spaces and communities that truly benefit people.

​

Additionally, Andrea serves as President of Rally Business Advisors, coaching small to mid-size companies.

​

She received a BA in Business from Taylor University and an MBA from the University of Michigan through their #3-ranked Executive MBA program. She also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from IUPUI’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
